Camp is so fun we're opening it up for the whole family! We welcome you to join us this summer for our first official Family Camp, open to families of all ages. Families will form their own cohorts or "pods," and can pick and choose their activity blocks throughout the weekend led by our summer staff.

Family Camp will officially kick-off on Friday, July 9th at 6:30PM with an all-camp cookout at the Pavilion. Check-in will be from 5:00PM - 6:00PM. Families are more than welcome to arrive earlier in the afternoon on Friday, however Pyoca will not be providing programming before dinner on Friday evening. After dinner families are welcome to explore the grounds, go boating or fishing, or play games with staff before our first campfire at 8:00PM.

Saturday will be filled with a wide variety of camp activities for families to choose from, including: boating, swimming, guided hikes, crafts, climbing tower, games, and more. Plus, there will be plenty of time to rest and relax together as a family.

Family Camp will conclude at 10:00AM on Sunday, July 11th after breakfast and our final worship service. We are asking families to depart no later than 10:30AM as camp staff will be preparing to welcome in our next session of camp that afternoon.

LODGING: Families will be assigned their own room in each of our modern cabins. Each cabin space has at least three bunk beds and a private ensuite bathroom. Lodging does not include linens. Families camping out in tents will be assigned a space by the lake near our Pavilion to set up camp and will have access to showers in the Lodge.

MEALS: Meals will be prioritized outdoors, except in the case of inclement weather. Our kitchen accommodates a wide variety of dietary needs, so please let us know if you have any questions related to meal service throughout the weekend.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: We are following guidelines set forth by the CDC and American Camping Association. While we anticipate guidance may change in the coming weeks, we are currently asking folks to wear masks in the Lodge at all times, and in any indoor cabin space where they are within six (6) feet of another family group.

Masks are not required outdoors when maintaining six feet of social distancing from other families. Corporate activities such as worship and campfire will require masks outdoors.

REGISTRATION: Families will register through our online system. Log in through our portal below and choose Family Camp 2021. If you would like to register your camper(s) for another Pyoca session, choose the Summer Camp 2021 option.
