Challenge yourself to step out on the water this summer with our brand new program Challenge: On the River. In addition to regular Challenge Camp activities, throughout the week campers will spend additional time at waterfront learning canoeing skills to prepare for a guided trip down the White River. Campers will journey on an eight-mile canoe trip at the end of the week, stopping mid-route for lunch and to enjoy the scenery.
Campers registering for this program should be comfortable around water and know how to swim. Multiple Pyoca staff will journey down the river with the campers, including certified lifeguards. All campers will be required to wear life jackets while on the river.
All Challenge On the River campers will sleep in our rustic yurt cabins, as well as camp out multiple nights at our primitive campsite. This program can hold up to twelve campers.
Registration opens January 8, 2023. Folks registering for this program will register through our online portal and choose "Summer Camp 2023."
