Weekend at the Lake: Aug. 31st - Sept. 2nd, 2024

Join us next Labor Day weekend for Weekend at the Lake, open to individuals and families of all ages! Don't have a lake house? Who needs one! Join us at camp for a fun-filled weekend relaxing at Pyoca's waterfront where you can swim, boat, fish, and enjoy all that Creation has to offer. Folks will have lots of fun activities to choose from throughout the weekend led by our fantastic program staff.

The weekend will officially kick off on Saturday, Aug. 31st at 10:00AM. Check-in will be from 9:00AM - 11:00AM. Folks will have the option to choose between either a two-night retreat stay or join for Pyoca's Alumni Homecoming Celebration & Family Day on Sat., Sept. 1st.

Can't make it to all of Weekend at the Lake? Join us on Saturday, Sept. 1st for Family Day! Saturday will be filled with a wide variety of camp activities for families to choose from, including: boating, swimming, guided hikes, crafts, climbing tower, games, and more. Plus, there will be plenty of time to rest and relax together as a family. Family Day will run from 10:00AM - 5:00PM on Saturday. Lunch is included with registration.

Weekend at the Lake will conclude at 10:00AM on Monday, Sept. 2nd after breakfast and a brief closing program.

Registration Portal

Registration will open on Monday, April 29th, at 8:00AM ET. Folks will register through our online portal and choose "Weekend at the Lake." As always scholarships are available no questions asked. Members of Pyoca's Alumni Association receive a 10% discount on their registration fees.

PRICING: All guests will pay a program fee of $105/person that covers all activities and meals (6) for the weekend. Children four (4) and under are free. Families will then choose their preferred lodging.

Poplar, Oak, and Cedar each have four bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, plus a shared cabin common room. Spruce has two bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and no shared common room.

Note: Families registering for Weekend at the Lake do not need to register for Family Day. Family Day registration fees are only for those coming to camp on Saturday, Aug. 31st.

**Note: Family Day fees cover the cost of lunch, access to all of the day's programming on-site, and a Pyoca t-shirt that guests can tie-dye while at camp.

LODGING: Families who choose cabin lodging will be assigned their own room in the cabin of their choosing. Each cabin space has at least three bunk beds and a private ensuite bathroom. Lodging does not include linens. Families camping out in tents or at RV sites will be assigned a space by the lake near our Pavilion to set up camp and will have access to showers in the Lodge.

MEALS: Our kitchen accommodates a wide variety of dietary needs, so please let us know if you have any questions related to meal service throughout the weekend.

REGISTRATION: Folks will register through our online system. Log in through our registration portal and choose "Weekend at the Lake." Add each person that you would like to register and choose your lodging selection. We accept both credit/debit and e-check payments.
