At camp we know that food is the heart of gathering together in community, so we pride ourselves on providing excellent meal service for groups large and small. Our mission to be a place where all are welcome means providing delicious meals for everyone. Pyoca staff are eager to work with your group to meet any and all dietary accommodations that you may need.

We ask that group leaders inform our staff of any specific dietary requirements at least one week prior to your reservation date so that we may accommodate your group to the very best of our ability. Our kitchen is able to accommodate most major dietary allergens and requests, including: gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, and more.

Below you will find what a typical meal looks like during your stay at Pyoca:

  • Breakfast: includes eggs, protein, a starch, a variety of hot and cold cereals, fruit, yogurt, as well as coffee and a juice.
  • Lunch / Dinner: includes an entrée, vegetable, and starch, with full salad bar and choice of beverages. Dessert is available upon request.
  • Luncheon: includes an entrée, additional salads and sides, bread, and dessert, with full salad bar and choice of beverages. Available for weekdays only; requires a minimum of 30 guests.
  • Banquet: includes the choice of two entrées, two vegetables, a starch, bread, and dessert, with full salad bar and choice of beverages. Requires a minimum of 30 guests.

PRICING

All pricing listed below is per person and based on adult meal rates. Children ages five to ten accompanying a parent/guardian receive 50% off lodging and meals. Children under the age of four are free for both lodging and meals. Minimum group size for food service is 16 adult meals.

Groups must verify the number of people for each meal at least one week in advance of their event. If the group size falls below this number, or goes above, the group will be billed for those meals.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

Groups wishing to utilize Pyoca's commercial kitchen in the Lodge incurs a fee of $550.00 for 1 - 3 days and $1,100.00 for 4 - 6 days. Commercial kitchen rental requires the reservation of the entire facility and a current ServSafe: Food Protection Manager certification for at least one person on the rental group's food service team.

Smaller retreat groups wishing to cook for themselves have the option of reserving Poplar Cabin and the Poplar apartment below the cabin, which has a full kitchen.
