2026 Program Calendar:
MYSTERY QUILT RETREAT: March 25th - 29th, 2026Join us this coming spring for our annual Mystery Quilt Retreat! Participants gather together each year to sew their own "Mystery Quilt." Before arrival, each participant receives fabric measurements and cutting instructions for the Mystery Quilt, but will not see the full quilt pattern until they arrive. DAY OF SERVICE: Saturday, April 18th, 2026
Each spring, Pyoca enlists members of our greater camp community to assist with our annual spring clean-up of camp! Volunteers with all different levels of skills are welcome. Projects typically include landscaping, cleaning, painting, small building/woodworking projects, and more. Join us from 10AM - 3PM -- free will lunch provided. UNFINISHED OBJECT (UFO) RETREAT: October 21rd - 25th, 2026
Quilters and crafters gather at camp each fall for fellowship and to work on a variety of unfinished projects that are piling up at home. What kind of projects you may ask? Any and everything. Many guests bring their sewing machines and work on quilts, but feel free to bring your knitting, needlepoint, scrapbooking, or any other sewing/craft project along! FALL YOUTH RETREAT: November 20th - 22nd, 2026
Join us for our annual Fall Youth Retreat this November! Each year youth gather together from across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio for a weekend of rest and fall fun at Pyoca. Youth will gather for keynotes and worship each day, meet new friends through small group sessions, and have plenty of time to explore all that Pyoca has to offer. JACKSON COUNTY ULTRAS: December 4th - 6th, 2026
Each year we partner with D.IN.O. (Do INdiana Off-road) to host the Jackson County Ultras (formerly the Jackson Co. 50-50). Runners of all levels are welcome to choose their length of race: 10 miles, 50k, 100k, or 100k Relay. The challenging race course, coupled with Pyoca's warm hospitality, makes for a great weekend when you add a meal and lodging package to your registration. Help support our runners!
